In case you missed it last midnight, supremely talented and gorgeous actress Jeri Ryan<\/a> who portrays Doctor Kate Murphy on Body of Proof<\/a>, graced all of us with a wonderful interview during her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> Live! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Jimmy<\/a>Well known by science fiction fans for her role as the former Borg Seven of Nine in “Star Trek Voyager,” Ms. Ryan has also brought joy to our homes as Tara Cole \/ Tara Carlisle in a recent series “Leverage<\/a>” (a series we would have liked to cover, but lacked sufficient human resources to accomplish). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Body<\/a>
\n<\/span>Ms. Ryan was also superb during her guest starring role in a series we do cover, Warehouse 13<\/a>, where she played Amanda Lattimer, the estranged former wife of series protagonist Pete Lattimer (Eddie McClintock<\/a>) earlier this year!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jeri Ryan’s<\/a> successful television career has spanned over two decades beginning with “Who’s the Boss” (1991). I first became an admirer when she appeared with Andy Griffith<\/a> in “Matlock” as Carrie Locke in 1993. Since that time Ms. Ryan has appeared in dozens of films and television series including “Two and a Half Men”, “Boston Legal”, “Law & Order” (Criminal Intent and Special Victims Unit), and in her long running role as Ronnie Cooke in “Boston Public” with fifty-nine series appearances.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For this reviewer, Ms. Ryan’s latest role brings us joy in her portrayal of Kate Murphy using her delightful wit and humor to the surface. Ms. Ryan not only spars with Megan Hunt (Dana Delany<\/a>) on a regular basis in Body of Proof<\/a> in the second season, but “Kate” also managed to steal, Errrr “borrow” Megan Hunt’s husband for several episodes! We are hopeful that Body of Proof will provide everyone many more seasons to come with Jeri Ryan’s<\/a> characterization of Doctor Kate Murphy as Megan Hunt’s boss!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During her interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live<\/a>, Ms. Ryan shares with fans her fun as Kate Murphy in Body of Proof<\/a> and a period of time in her life when fan obsessed stalkers literally precluded her being able to attend Star Trek conventions including those conducted by our friends at Creation Entertainment<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Having stayed up late, I can honesty share that it was wonderful to see Jeri Ryan<\/a> during her December, 07 2011 interview early this morning!
