I was able to convince my friend, Ginger, to come along<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;  mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><a title=\"Click to visit Wondercon 2010!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.comic-con.org\/wc\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-5018\" title=\"Click to visit Wondercon  2010!\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Wondercon-2010-banner.jpg\" alt=\"Click to visit Wondercon 2010!\" width=\"354\" height=\"80\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"> for the day. Once inside we waited in line at the Esplanade Ballroom of the Moscone Center South in San Francisco. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comic-con.org\/wc\/\">WonderCon<\/a> scheduled back-to-back panels. The panels would run nearly all day. My job today was to report on as many of the panels as I could. I must admit to my glee this was the first time I was ever able to sit front row center for any panel, but first I visited Adam Baldwin of <strong>Chuck<\/strong> and <strong>Stargate<\/strong> at his booth in the exhibitors hall! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><strong>WHR will be reporting live from the Chuck and Human Target panels TODAY Sunday April 04, 2010! The Chuck panel cast features Adam Baldwin, Joshua Gomez and the fabulous Zachary Levi! The Human Target panel will have appearances by Fringe star Mark Valley, Jonathan Steinberg and Jackie Earle Haley! According to the producers the show was inspired by Stephen King\u2019s novel, Salem\u2019s Lot, as well as the show <em>Twin Peaks<\/em>. So you can expec<a title=\"Click to visit Happy Town at ABC\" href=\"http:\/\/abc.go.com\/shows\/happy-town\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4399\" title=\"Click to visit Happy Town at ABC\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/ABC_Logo-small.jpg\" alt=\"Click to visit Happy Town at ABC\" width=\"105\" height=\"115\" \/><\/a>t it to be anything, but a happy town. There is a lot of to follow in this episode. Little hints about whom or what is going on has me a bit <a title=\"2010 ABC Happy Town Cast\" href=\"http:\/\/abc.go.com\/shows\/happy-town\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10946\" title=\"2010 ABC Happy Town Cast\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010-ABC-Happy-Town-01.jpg\" alt=\"2010 ABC Happy Town Cast\" width=\"454\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a>intrigued as far as where the producers are taking the storyline. I cannot reveal much other than to say you should watch the premiere episode and see for yourself. The Q&amp;A panel had cast members <strong>Geoff Stults<\/strong> (<em>She\u2019s Out of My League<\/em>), <strong>Amy Acker<\/strong> (<em>Dollhouse<\/em>), and <strong>M. C. Gainey<\/strong> (<em>Lost<\/em>) and producers <strong>Josh Appelbaum <\/strong>(<em>Mission Impossible IV<\/em>), <strong>Andr\u00e9 Nemec<\/strong> (<em>Mission Impossible IV<\/em>), and <strong>Scott Rosenberg<\/strong> (<em>October Road<\/em>). April 28, 2010 is the premiere of the new series. One of the panels that really got me excited to watch was <strong>Disney Pictures\u2019 <em>Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time<\/em><\/strong>. On the panel was <strong>Jerry Bruckheimer<\/strong> (producer), <strong>Mike Newell<\/strong> (director), <strong>Jake Gyllenhaal<\/strong> (actor, \u201cPrince Dastan\u201d), and <strong>Jordan Mechner<\/strong> (screen story and game creator). WonderCon is Jerry Bruckheimer\u2019s first ever convention <a title=\"Click to visit Pixar\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pixar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10177\" title=\"Click to visit Pixar\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pixar-Smaller.jpg\" alt=\"Click to visit Pixar\" width=\"399\" height=\"80\" \/><\/a>he has done. What a way to break into your first convention. We were treated to two scenes from the movie and were given some great behind-the-scenes talk about each of scenes. I have watched many of my family and friends play the game, so I was glad to see one of the scenes looked just like the game. <em>Prince of Persia<\/em> debuts in theaters on May 28, 2010. Don\u2019t miss it! We were given the opportunity to watch two<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"> scenes fr<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">om the movie. <strong>Nico<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><strong>las Cage <\/strong>had laryngitis so he did his best to answer questions. I think he did a nice job and he seemed to have fun joking around with fellow cast member <strong>Jay Baruchel<\/strong>. <strong>Jon Turtletaub<\/strong> was just as entertaining as <strong>Nicolas Cage<\/strong> and <strong>Jay Baruchel<\/strong>. He kept the panel lively and had the audience laughing quite a bit. I must say I am looking forward to the movie premiering on July 16, 2010. Director, Lee Unkrich came on stage to introduce Jon Ratzenberger to do a short Q&amp;A. S<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;  mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><a title=\"Click to visit Toy Story 3 on Disney\" href=\"http:\/\/disney.go.com\/videos\/movies\/?content=1087528#\/videos\/movies\/&amp;content=1087528\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-10179\" title=\"Click to visit Toy  Story 3 at Disney\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/ToyStory3-Small-02.jpg\" alt=\"Click to visit Toy Story 3 at Disney\" width=\"280\" height=\"114\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">hortly after Lee did an experiment to what it is like to do a voice over for a movie like <strong><em>Toy Story <\/em>3<\/strong>. Let\u2019s just say it was quite entertaining. The panel had <strong>Lee Unkrich<\/strong> (director), <strong>Jon Ratzenberger<\/strong> (actor, Hamm the Piggy Bank), <strong>Kristen Schaal<\/strong> (actress, Trixie), and <strong>Jeff Garlin<\/strong> (actor, Buttercup\/Twitch). L<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;  mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><a title=\"Click to visit Toy Story 3 at Disney\" href=\"http:\/\/disney.go.com\/videos\/movies\/?content=1087528#\/videos\/movies\/&amp;content=1087528\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-10176\" title=\"Click to visit Toy  Story 3 ot Disney\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wormholeriders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/ToyStory3-Smaller.jpg\" alt=\"Click to visit Toy Story 3 ot Disney\" width=\"288\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">ee told us that the movie is just weeks away from being completed. The panel was ver<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">y entertaining especially answers that <strong>Jeff Garlin<\/strong> gave. The panel had <strong>Paul W. S. Anderson<\/strong> (director), <strong>Milla Jovovich<\/strong> (actress, Alice), and <strong>Ali Larter<\/strong> (actress, Claire Redfield). We were shown the 2-D version of the trailer. I could feel the fans were excited over the trailer. This is the fourth installment of this franchise and it does not seem to be slowing down. Milla talked about how she has been doing the <strong>Resident Evil<\/strong> franchise for 10 years now and has enjoyed it. Ali talked about how she enjoyed learning to get fit and trained for the part, especially shooting the guns. <strong><em>Resident Evil: Afterlife<\/em><\/strong> will debut in theaters on September 10, 2010.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Calibri'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Calibri';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Afterward my friend Ginger and I got to roam the HUGE Exhibition Hall. Some aisles felt like Los   Angeles traffic during rush hour. One particular booth, Froggy\u2019s Photos, caught our eyes. Signing at a tables were <strong>Lindsay Wagner<\/strong> pictured below,\u00a0 <strong>James Marsters <\/strong> (Buffy\/Angel) recently seen in <strong>Caprica<\/strong>, <strong>Brent Spiner<\/strong> (Star Trek: TNG), and <strong>John de Lancie<\/strong> (Star Trek: TNG). I got myself a paid photo op with both <strong>Brent Spiner<\/strong> and <strong>John de Lancie<\/strong>. The picture turned out great! You had characters from movies like Star Wars to anime characters. The cutest ones were the kids dressed as characters from <em>The Avatar: The Last Airbender<\/em> series. Unfortunately, the ones I took turned out blurry. But take my word for it they were cute.
