Take note of the fact that this issue has been ruled on multiple times in favor of using quotes to identify the source as legitimate “news” by the Federal court system in the United States. Yet DMCA abuse and censorship exists today, even in the USA, as you will learn more about and see for yourself herein. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our previous editorial comments are included intact at the bottom of this article about an individual who has apparently has become obsessed with attempting to censor free speech and stifle “Fair Use” that is utilized by news media all across the United States every day in all forms of media as is prescribed by Federal Statute and settled case law as prescribed by the United States Federal Court system. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Zero Dark Thirty News Analysis:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Zero<\/a><\/em>This reviewer found the Zero Dark Thirty<\/a> as a movie to be entertaining reflecting accurately that the mission to capture and ultimately kill Osama bin Laden<\/a> was planned by former President George W. Bush<\/a> and ultimately adopted by President Barack Obama<\/a> to put an end to his reign of terrorism.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

However, not all reviewers are in agreement about Zero Dark Thirty<\/a> including Steve Coll<\/a> as noted below.
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“It is not unusual for filmmakers to try to inject authenticity into a movie\u2019s first frames by flashing onscreen words such as \u201cbased on real events.\u201d Yet the language chosen by the makers of Zero Dark Thirty to preface their film about events leading to the death of Osama bin Laden is distinctively journalistic: \u201cBased on Firsthand Accounts of Actual Events.\u201d As those words fade, \u201cSeptember 11, 2001\u201d appears against a black screen and we hear genuine emergency calls made by victims of al-Qaeda\u2019s attack on the World Trade Center. One caller describes flames spreading around her and says that she is \u201cburning up\u201d; she pleads against death and then her voice disappears. Before any actor speaks a single fictional line, then, Zero Dark Thirty makes two choices: it aligns its methods with those of journalists and historians, and it appropriates as drama what remains the most undigested trauma in American national life during the last several decades.<\/em> “<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It had reignited the debate regarding the use of enhanced interrogation techniques on detainees, in an effort to procure actionable intelligence.” <\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
