Hello again Supernatural fans,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Season seven, episode seven \u201cThe Mentalists\u201d, airs on Friday 11\/04\/11 9pm ET.\u00a0 Per The CW<\/a>, here is the episode synopsis.\u00a0 “Sam (Jared Padalecki<\/a>) \"CW<\/a>and Dean (Jensen Ackles<\/a>) investigate the gruesome murders of resident mediums in Lily Dale, the most \u201cpsychic\u201d town in America.\u00a0 They discover that an angry spirit is killing off the psychics one by one, but in a town full of people who claim to be summoning spirits, they have a little trouble identifying the medium controlling the ghost.\u00a0 Mike Rohi<\/a> directed the episode written by Ben Acker<\/a> and Ben Blacker<\/a>.<\/em>“<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Okay SPN family, the episode begins with Sam and Dean going into The First Bank of Jericho looking for change for a large bill.\u00a0 Something is not right from the jump and it is extremely noticeable.\u00a0 Dean is flirting with the teller.\u00a0 Well, that seems normal enough.\u00a0 Then he pulls out a fully automatic assault weapon and tells her he needs all her money.\u00a0 Sam and Dean open fire in the air.\u00a0 This is a stick up!\u00a0 Something is really not right here.\u00a0 They put all of the bank employees inside the vault, Dean winks at the surveillance camera and they annihilate them.\u00a0 They love what they are doing.\u00a0 What the $%@&?\u00a0 Open credits.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Back at the house that Bobby (Jim Beaver<\/a>), Sam and Dean having been staying at, Bobby is working very hard to torture Chet the Leviathan (Sean O. Roberts<\/a>).\u00a0 He has yet to find what hurts these things.\u00a0 Chet is chained in iron chains to a chair and Bobby has tried everything that works on demons, ghosts, and anything else they have stood against.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Wait a minute\u2026Sam and Dean come down the stairs.\u00a0 How can they be in Whitefish, Montana and be in Jericho at the same time?\u00a0 Something supernatural is definitely going on here.\u00a0 Chet explains that Leviathan cannot be killed and that he is the least of their problems.\u00a0 He asks them if they have seen the news.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby, Sam and Dean go upstairs to watch the news and see that Sam and Dean Winchester are now the subjects of a manhunt in the state of California for what happened at the bank in Jericho.\u00a0 Chet says the Leviathans were able to carbon copy Dean and Sam using hair left behind in the shower drain of the last motel they were at.\u00a0 These Leviathans are so intelligent and capable of almost anything.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The brothers are gung ho about going after these things and solving the problem.\u00a0 Bobby lets them know he is against this idea.\u00a0 If they are dead set on it then they need to see a man named, Frank Devereux (Kevin R. McNally<\/a>) who is crazy, but owes Bobby a favor.\u00a0 In the meantime, Bobby will continue to try to figure out what kills or hurts Leviathans.\u00a0 Chet is the test dummy.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The real Winchester brothers stop for gas and to grab snacks.\u00a0 The clerk recognizes them as the fugitives.\u00a0 They realize it and take off!!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The FBI shows up at another bank shooting because the boys have struck again.\u00a0 Agents Morris and Valente (Morgan David Jones<\/a>) are working the case.\u00a0 According to their foreknowledge, the brothers were dead days before all hell broke loose and they have gone on a killing spree.\u00a0 They do not know what is going on.\u00a0 Agent Valente gets a call saying the Winchester\u2019s were spotted at a gas station about 1,000 miles away.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sam and Dean arrive at Frank Devereux\u2019s house.\u00a0 He is not answering the door.\u00a0 They walk in looking for him and when they find him he is staring at them with a beautiful shotgun with special attachments.\u00a0 He realizes these two guys could not be the same two that he just saw on TV.\u00a0 He apologizes for their issue, but wants to know who sent them.\u00a0 They tell him bobby Singer sent them and he is less than pleased.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frank commences to shred Sam\u2019s and Dean\u2019s old fake ID\u2019s.\u00a0 He tells them they could flee, but they are not going to do that.\u00a0 So he really breaks their hearts and tells them they can no longer use rock star names as aliases.\u00a0 Ugh!!!\u00a0 What will we do with a couple of Smith\u2019s?\u00a0 I do not like where this is heading.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frank advises Sam and Dean about what they need to do to stay under the radar.\u00a0 He smashed Sam\u2019s laptop to pieces.\u00a0 He smiles and hands Sam a new one, then says they owe him $5,000 cash for his service.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bobby is still at a loss about what wounds or wipes out the Leviathans.\u00a0 Chet is taunting him.\u00a0 Balls!\u00a0 The spell Don Stark (James Marsters) put on Chet in the last episode is soon to wear off.\u00a0 After some more poking and prodding, bobby cuts Chet\u2019s head off.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frank is still prepping the boys and gives them a map marked with all of the locations the doppelgangers have hit so they can see if there is a pattern. \u00a0He also tells Dean that if he needs to get rid of the Impala because Leviathan Dean and Sam are driving in one just like it.\u00a0 You can just picture Dean\u2019s face.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bobby hears a knock at the door and with a gun he is prepared for it to be something not so good.\u00a0 He could not have been more wrong.\u00a0 It is none other than Jody\u2026you know Sheriff Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes<\/a>)!\u00a0 She looks very happy to see Bobby.\u00a0 It looks to me like Jody kind of digs Bobby.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby goes downstairs to check on decapitated Chet only to find Chet\u2019s head has just reattached to his body.\u00a0 Balls!\u00a0 Bobby knew it would probably not be so easy, but at least it gave him some time to think.\u00a0 So\u2026he cuts Chet\u2019s head off again.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

It looks like the brothers left the Impala behind for what might be a Chevette.\u00a0 Yikes!!!\u00a0 There was a \u201cMy Little Pony\u201d hanging from the rearview mirror.\u00a0 Dean is pissed because \u201cBaby\u201d is on lockdown and they are stuck driving a jalopy.\u00a0 Sam puts son music to help calm Dean down.\u00a0 \u201cI\u2019m All Out of Love\u201d is on and Sam apologizes, but Dean says it is okay.\u00a0 It is hysterical because they show Dean lip-syncing passionately and Sam catches him twice.\u00a0 I almost r<\/strong>olled o<\/strong>n t<\/strong>he f<\/strong>loor l<\/strong>aughing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sam begins to notice the pattern on the map.\u00a0 He originally thought it was completely random, but now sees it is anything, but random.\u00a0 These locations are places the brothers worked jobs in since the day Sam left Stanford.\u00a0 They are also happening in order, leading Dean and Sam to believe the Leviathans want them to find them.\u00a0 The next job should be in St. Louis.\u00a0 Dean gets happy because Conner\u2019s Diner serves the best burgers in St. Louis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Now at Conner\u2019s Diner, Leviathans Sam and Dean are complaining about one another.\u00a0 Leviathan Dean is complaining that Dean really eats burgers everyday and thinks they are almost as good as sex.\u00a0 He says he cannot stand Dean because of his hero complex and he thinks he is funny.\u00a0 Leviathan Sam is complaining because Sam eats \u201cdead plants with creamy goo<\/em>\u201d and says it is \u201clike eating righteousness<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 He wonders how Sam is even able to walk around with all of the craziness going on in his head.\u00a0 They do not know why Sam and Dean are a threat, but they are following orders to take them out.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

It is so funny when Leviathan Sam tries to switch bodies with Leviathan Dean.\u00a0 He says no because he likes Dean\u2019s hair better.\u00a0 They decide it is time to make another move.\u00a0 Leviathan Dean tells a kid to turn the camera on, on his cell phone.\u00a0 The kid ignores him until he pull out his weapon.\u00a0 Video is started immediately.\u00a0 They shout that it is a robbery.\u00a0 It is a blood bath in the diner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The real Sam and Dean are still driving and talking to Bobby on the phone.\u00a0 He is telling them that chopping the head off a Leviathan will not kill them.\u00a0 They hear Jody talk to Bobby in the background and it makes them smile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The boys tells Bobby they are headed to St. Louis, but he tells them Leviathan Sam and Dean already hit St. Louis at a diner\u2026Conner\u2019s Diner.\u00a0 They are killing Dean on the inside.\u00a0 This means the next stop is going to be Ankeny, Iowa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

FBI Agents Morris and Valente arrive at Conner\u2019s Diner to investigate.\u00a0 The officer on scene shows them the video on the cell phone of the entire massacre.\u00a0 At the end of the video they even say they were hitting Iowa next.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bobby is back to experimenting on Chet.\u00a0 He is going to try battery cables.\u00a0 After Bobby\u2019s arm touches Chet, he now takes on Bobby\u2019s form.\u00a0 He knows all about Bobby now.\u00a0 Bobby, as usual, says \u201cBalls!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span>In Ankeny, Iowa Dean and Sam are crossing a street and guess who they see?\u00a0 That is right, Leviathans Dean and Sam driving a black Impala with mean rims.\u00a0 I was hoping for the license plate zoom in, but nothing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They call Bobby to let him know they see them.\u00a0 Law enforcement pulls up with lights and sirens because they have located the fugitives, except the real fugitives are right behind them watching the whole thing.\u00a0 Leviathan Dean looks at Dean, gives him a wink, and then drives off.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Back at the house Chet, who now looks like Bobby, is calling Bobby out on all of his feelings.\u00a0 Bobby is about to cut off his head again when some liquid drips through the ceiling onto Chet\u2019s skin and it starts eating it away.\u00a0 It burns and Chet is screaming to get it off of him.\u00a0 Jody spilled some cleaning mixture on the floor upstairs and it dripped through. \u00a0Bobby runs upstairs, kisses Jody and asks her what was in the bucket.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Sam and Dean are being brought into the Ankeny Sheriff\u2019s Office.\u00a0 After putting Dean in a cell and Sam in an interview room, two deputies are leaving to go home.\u00a0 Leviathans Dean and Sam see the two walking out.\u00a0 I know you can guess what happens here.\u00a0 They get out of the car.\u00a0 Next thing you know those same two deputies are going back inside the building.\u00a0 Another deputy asks them if they forgot something.\u00a0 He gets his neck snapped and there we see a mouth of Leviathan teeth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dean convinces Sheriff Osborne (Michael Hogan<\/a>) to let him make his one phone call.\u00a0 He calls Bobby and he tells Dean to find anything with Borax in it because it burns them enough to, at least slow them down.\u00a0 Bobby explains that they need to douse them with a mixture that includes Borax, which is found in most industrial strength cleaners and get close enough to chop off their heads.\u00a0 Also, they must keep the heads separate from the bodies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sheriff Osborne hangs up on Bobby because he heard everything on speakerphone and thinks these guys are crazier than he did before.\u00a0 He walks out of the area and sees a deputy eating another one.\u00a0 He sees a second deputy walk out and then the two change back to looking like Sam and Dean.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I think maybe, just maybe he is starting to believe the insanity Dean and Bobby were talking about.\u00a0 He walks back to the cell where Dean is and tells him he is not sure what he just saw.\u00a0 He lets Dean out.\u00a0 Dean tells him to gather all of the industrial cleaner he can find. Meanwhile Sam is handcuffed to a table in an interview room.\u00a0 Leviathan Dean goes into the room to talk to Sam.\u00a0 He tells him he is not Dean.\u00a0 Uh oh!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dean takes a gun from the devoured deputy.\u00a0 He sees Sam, but it is really Leviathan Sam and he recognizes it fast.\u00a0 He shoots him, but we have already learned that does nothing to a Leviathan.\u00a0 Leviathan Sam knocks the gun out of his hands and slaps Dean, flinging him across the room.\u00a0 Poor guys are always getting thrown against walls and furniture.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Leviathan Dean tells Sam that he has grown to hate Sam and Dean since wearing them.\u00a0 He feels they can be anything they want, but they are so caught up in being good. Dean breaks open the glass of the Fire Emergency Axe so he can do some chopping.\u00a0 Sheriff Osborne throws a bucket of cleaner on Leviathan Sam and gives Dean the chance to cut off his head.\u00a0 Black stuff oozes everywhere.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Leviathan Dean is telling Sam that Dean thinks he is off his game and not all there. \u00a0Sam is wondering if Leviathan Dean just likes to play with his food before he eats.\u00a0 Then the madness happens when he tells Sam that is why Dean did not tell him he killed Amy.\u00a0 The look on Sam\u2019s face says it all and that was exactly what Leviathan Dean wanted to see.\u00a0 He has played with him enough and he is ready to eat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dean busts through the door, douses Leviathan Dean with cleaner and chops off his head.\u00a0 Sam still looks shocked.\u00a0 Sheriff Osborne agrees to make it look like the Winchester\u2019s are dead.\u00a0 He would rather lie than look crazy, anyway.\u00a0 You can see the pain in Sam\u2019s eyes about what Dean did and that he lied.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sheriff Osborne is telling FBI Agents Morris and Valente that he shot and killed the brothers.\u00a0 They asked to see the bodies and the Sheriff said the bodies were sent to the funeral home for cremation.\u00a0 Agent Morris thinks this is totally insane.\u00a0 Agent Valente says if there are no bodies, then there is no paperwork, which is something Agent Morris said to him earlier.\u00a0 They leave the examiner\u2019s office.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jody and Bobby see the news on TV saying the Winchester\u2019s are dead.\u00a0 You can see the connection Bobby and Jody have, but Bobby seems to be holding back.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 My opinion is that he is so scared to love again.\u00a0 After all, he had to kill his demon-possessed wife that he loved dearly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bobby hands Jody a box, and tells her not to open no matter what.\u00a0 The box has Chet\u2019s head in it.\u00a0 He tells her to toss it when she reaches the bridge.\u00a0 I thought for sure they were going to have a passionate kiss, but instead he gently kisses her cheek.\u00a0 She smiles at him and leaves.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The medical examiner is Sheriff Osborne\u2019s daughter.\u00a0 She questions her father\u2019s lies to the FBI about the bodies.\u00a0 She knows something is not normal because there is black ooze instead of blood.\u00a0 What you know?\u00a0 Agent Valente is back.\u00a0 He is one of them!\u00a0 A Leviathan!\u00a0 The Sheriff and his daughter did not stand a chance.\u00a0 Blood splatters on the walls and we can all imagine that he ate them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With blood dripping down his chin and neck, Leviathan Agent Valente checks on the bodies and sees they have been decapitated.\u00a0 He calls his superior and tells him what he has found.\u00a0 The boss, Richard Roman (James Patrick Stuart<\/a>) is not happy about the Leviathans being dead and the Winchester\u2019s still being alive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard<\/a>) appears in Richard \u201cDick\u201d Roman\u2019s limo wanting to create a partnership of some kind.\u00a0 He even brings him muffins made of organic baby uvulas.\u00a0 Dick is shooting Crowley down big time and doing some major name-calling.\u00a0 He thinks demons are the lowest form of trash and says he would never work with Crowley.\u00a0 Crowley is almost hurt because he feels that he brought the Leviathans here after finding the door to Purgatory.\u00a0 Crowley vanishes after saying, \u201cKeep the muffins.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Sam and Dean are at a pier to possibly dump the heads of the Leviathans.\u00a0 Sam is noticeably upset.\u00a0 Dean wants to know what is wrong.\u00a0 Sam makes him aware he knows about him killing Amy.\u00a0 Sam cannot stand to be around Dean or even talk to him.\u00a0 He grabs his things and tells Dean to go on without him.\u00a0 Dean says he is sorry.\u00a0 This is not the first time they part ways, but it is hard to see them walk away from each other.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I think Sam has every right to be angry with Dean because he lied.\u00a0 Then again, when do these two ever tell each other the whole truth about anything?\u00a0 I guess I am okay with all of this because the scenes from next week\u2019s episode show the two working a job together.\u00a0 These boys are going to kill me!!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Oh and no zoom ins on the Impala\u2019s Tag. \ud83d\ude41

Dean:\u00a0 \u201cYou know, it\u2019s bad enough they\u2019re ganking people wearing our mugs, but now this?\u00a0 Us driving around in this caboodle while Baby\u2019s on lockdown!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sam:\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s temporary Dean.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dean:\u00a0 \u201cNobody puts Baby in the corner!\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
