Season seven, episode eleven \u201cAdventures in Babysitting\u201d, airs on Friday 01\/06\/12 9pm ET.\u00a0 I do not have an episode synopsis at this time, but if one becomes available, I will provide an update.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

SPNFamily, brace yourselves!\"CW<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is our mid-season finale so it took a little more time to really get into Bobby\u2019s (Jim Beaver<\/a>) head.\u00a0 I am still left quite baffled.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We begin this episode right where \u201cHow To Win Friends And Influence Monsters\u201d left off.\u00a0 Sam (Jared Padalecki<\/a>) is calling Bobby\u2019s name and shaking him to see if he is alive.\u00a0 A bullet right in the head!\u00a0 Dean (Jensen Ackles<\/a>) is driving and is noticeably freaking out.\u00a0 He whips the van like nobody\u2019s business heading to the nearest trauma center.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then it is as though we go into Bobby\u2019s mind.\u00a0 It is so bizarre that he and the boys are back where they were last episode when they find the camper\u2019s dead body.\u00a0 Bobby knows something is not right here.\u00a0 He feels the blood on his own head from the bona fide gunshot wound.\u00a0 Now Bobby knows he is not in the real world.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby tells Sam and Dean that he knows there is something he needs to tell them, but he cannot think of what it is.\u00a0 Then he remembers some numbers, 454895, and writes them down.\u00a0 These numbers have something to do with what the Leviathans were working on in the last episode.\u00a0 He needs to get this information to Dean and Sam in the \u201cwaking world<\/em>\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby looks up, to his surprise, he sees his wife, Karen (Carrie Anne Fleming<\/a>).\u00a0 He seems to be reliving memories.\u00a0 Something is different.\u00a0 It sounds like a storm is coming through, but that did not happen on that night.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

He looks out the window only to see a beautifully clear night with never-ending stars.\u00a0 The moon was so close you could almost touch it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The starlit sky fades to a dark, misty night and he sees a young boy (Collin Mackechnie<\/a>) running.\u00a0 Bobby looks at Karen and says he has to leave and she appears heavyhearted.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

When Bobby walks through the doorway he hears thunder again and now he is in another memory.\u00a0 He is dressed in a pest control uniform and getting ready to go into a church with Rufus (Steven Williams<\/a>).\u00a0 This is a hunt from earlier in his career.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby turns his head and sees the same young boy from earlier running again.\u00a0 The little boy runs up to Bobby, grabs his arm and says, \u201cGod\u2019s gonna punish you.\u201d\u00a0 Then Bobby sees a broken glass of milk on the floor.\u00a0 This will mean something a little later.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby goes inside the church and sees what looks like choir practice.\u00a0 The church begins to tremble and the people in robes start disappearing.\u00a0 The lights go out, one by one.\u00a0 A Reaper (Henri Lubatti<\/a>) shows up to get Bobby.\u00a0 Maybe during a \u201cHellatus\u201d blog, we can discuss the Reaper\u2019s strong resemblance to Chuck, but we will leave that one alone right now.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The Reaper says because Bobby is in a coma, he had to come into his mind and fish him out.\u00a0 Bobby is not trying to hear this.\u00a0 The Reaper says Bobby is only prolonging the inevitable and he can find him anywhere.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Each door opens up to another memory of Bobby\u2019s.\u00a0 Through the next door, Bobby walks into the living room of his house where Sam and Dean are arguing over whether Chuck Norris could take Jet Li.\u00a0 I cackled at the thought.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby opens the doors leading to his kitchen.\u00a0 There is his mother (Chelah Horsdal<\/a>) talking to adult Bobby as though he was a child.\u00a0 You could tell by the way she spoke that his father had some major anger issues.\u00a0 Bobby shut the door immediately as though he was telling all of us he did not want to go there.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Now Bobby is back at the church with Rufus.\u00a0 This is getting out of control here.\u00a0 Apparently, they are needing to salt and burn the bones of woman because her ghost is killing folks.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

In the real world Dean and Sam arrive to the hospital with Bobby.\u00a0 He is being wheeled in and he is in bad shape.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby knows he does not have time to relive these memories.\u00a0 He is dying.\u00a0 He has to get back to reality.\u00a0 He has to wake up to get to his boys and give them the mysterious numbers he wrote down earlier.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Before Bobby can do anything, he has to fight off this woman\u2019s ghost.\u00a0 She almost kills him in his memory.\u00a0 This is actually killing him faster in reality.\u00a0 Sam and Dean are sad and so scared!\u00a0 You can see in their faces they cannot handle any more loss, especially Dean.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Rufus stops the ghost from killing Bobby.\u00a0 Rufus is thrown across the room, hitting his head and knocking him out.\u00a0 Bobby torches her bones.\u00a0 Although it is a memory for Bobby, it was new for us watching.\u00a0 It was kind of nice to see some good old-fashioned hunting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby is stable for the moment.\u00a0 Now it is a waiting game.\u00a0 Dean is clearly a mess.\u00a0 Sam looks nervous and afraid.\u00a0 I have not seen these boys look quite like this before.\u00a0 This is their second father who has been there for them through everything.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Back in Bobby\u2019s mind, he is waiting outside of a hospital for Rufus when he sees the little boy again.\u00a0 The boy looks anxious.\u00a0 He calls to the boy and then recognizes him.\u00a0 He knows exactly who this boy is.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He hears Rufus\u2019s voice.\u00a0 A nurse brought him outside.\u00a0 The little boy is gone now.\u00a0 Rufus tells Bobby he almost died.\u00a0 Bobby wants to know how he kept from crossing over.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rufus talked about going through doors.\u00a0 Sounds familiar, does it not?\u00a0 He explained that the way out was going through his worst memory.\u00a0 It is a door often shut never to be opened again.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Another shake and rattle of the earth.\u00a0 Bobby has to go back to a painful memory.\u00a0 He walks into his bedroom where Karen, his wife, is crying in heart breaking pain.\u00a0 She is angry with Bobby.\u00a0 She was saying she wanted kids.\u00a0 She asked why he did not tell her.\u00a0 I can only assume he told her he did not want children of his own.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby tells Rufus that his biggest regret was that fight he had with Karen.\u00a0 It was three days later that she was possessed and he had to stab her to death.\u00a0 He said one might think that was his biggest regret (referring to killing her), but it was not.\u00a0 It was that they never got passed that issue about children.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rufus tells Bobby to try the door now.\u00a0 He is still in his memories.\u00a0 Balls!!!\u00a0 There must be something buried even deeper that is even worse for him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby sees he is with Dean when Dean was little.\u00a0 Instead of having Dean practice with a double barrel shotgun, he plays catch with him.\u00a0 That was a happy memory.\u00a0 He is not sure where he needs to go.\u00a0 He opens a door and he is back in his kitchen and sees his mother serving his father (Edward Foy<\/a>) dinner.\u00a0 She looks jittery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The little boy all along was none other than the young Bobby Singer (Collin Mackechnie<\/a>).\u00a0 He comes running in the kitchen and sits down quickly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Daddy Singer is a mean drunk!\u00a0 He seems like he must be abusive by the reactions Bobby and his mother have.\u00a0 Mommy and young Bobby seem petrified of everything they say and do.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Dad asks for biscuits after nastily refusing grace at the table.\u00a0 Bobby attempts to pass the biscuits and accidentally knocks his glass of milk on the floor.\u00a0 Here is that broken glass of milk on the floor he saw earlier.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dad is less than pleased.\u00a0 He tells Bobby that he breaks everything he touches.\u00a0 This is why Bobby told Karen he did not want to have children.\u00a0 His father tosses his entire plate of food to the floor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

You can see adult Bobby\u2019s blood boiling.\u00a0 The anger and rage is building.\u00a0 He shuts the door.\u00a0 Does anyone else see what is happening?\u00a0 Bobby needs to deal with this memory, but he keeps blowing it off.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

There is more thunder roll and agitation.\u00a0 Rufus knows Bobby has to go through these motions.\u00a0 He tells Bobby he does not have a lot of time before the Reaper catches up with them.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are back to a doctor speaking to Sam and Dean.\u00a0 He basically says things are grim and it is up to Bobby now to pull through or not.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A hospital employee shows up and speaks to Dean.\u00a0 He is asking about organ donation.\u00a0 If you ask me, may be this is some Leviathan that caught up with them, but we will have to wait and see about that.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dean becomes furious.\u00a0 He tells the employee that Bobby is not going to die.\u00a0 Dean walks outside for air and sees a solid black vehicle.\u00a0 He just knows it is Richard \u201cDick\u201d Roman (James Patrick Stuart<\/a>), head Leviathan, in there.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Dean knocks on the window calling \u201cDick\u201d.\u00a0 Dick lowers the window with a smug look on his face.\u00a0 Dick is somewhat of a public figure.\u00a0 Dean is yelling his name and telling him to go ahead and kill him in front of everyone.\u00a0 They all have their camera phones out and are recording all of this.\u00a0 It would not be in Dick\u2019s best interest to get out of his vehicle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Dick says to Dean, \u201cMaybe you should go check on that friend of yours.\u00a0 He can\u2019t be feeling too frisky right about now.\u00a0 I\u2019m a very good shot.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dean lets Dick know they are coming for him and they will kill him.\u00a0 Dick says he cannot be killed. \u00a0I love what Dean tells him.\u00a0 \u201cYou\u2019re either laughing because you\u2019re scared or because you\u2019re stupid.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby\u2019s plan is to stop the Reaper.\u00a0 Rufus is game.\u00a0 Bobby is looking through all of the books in his house to find what he needs.\u00a0 One of the large books he looked through had all blank pages.\u00a0 That perplexed him.\u00a0 That is more than strange.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sam gives Dean an update on Bobby.\u00a0 He wants to talk to Dean about the likelihood that Bobby will die.\u00a0 Dean is not going to have this conversation.\u00a0 They have lost enough and he is not accepting it.\u00a0 Sam is trying to be logical.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

I thought Sam was past some of his crazy train, but apparently not.\u00a0 On top of everything else he seems to be still be dealing with his own head trauma.\u00a0 He had to rub his reality scar, as I like to call it.\u00a0 Not sure if he heard or saw something or both.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Rufus and Bobby are getting their mojo on.\u00a0 Bobby sees the day he took Dean to throw the ball again.\u00a0 He sees himself on the phone with John Winchester and they were arguing because he took Dean to the park to play catch instead of shooting.\u00a0 Bobby wants the boys to be normal kids sometimes.\u00a0 John must have told Bobby he was not the boys\u2019 father.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Then we are back to Bobby and Rufus summoning the Reaper and putting him in a trap.\u00a0 Someone from the unconscious has never trapped him.\u00a0 The Reaper is explaining to Bobby that the bullet is killing his brain little by little, which is why things are going blank and fading away.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Reaper tells Bobby he is going to die so he should go with him voluntarily.\u00a0 If not, he could become one of the ghosts he hunts.\u00a0 Even Rufus tells him to consider it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby is refusing to go and the Reaper does not understand why.\u00a0 Bobby says, \u201cBecause they\u2019re my boys!\u201d\u00a0 That was such a powerful statement.\u00a0 I am sure this is about the time we all started crying.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby sees young Bobby again so he knows now, \u201cthe only way out, is through.\u201d\u00a0 He has to go back to that day.\u00a0 He is back to his mom cleaning up the kitchen floor.\u00a0 His father was not only emotionally abusive, but physically abusive too.\u00a0 He smacks her across the face.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby\u2019s mother looks at him and asks, \u201cWhy do you always provoke him?\u201d\u00a0 Adult Bobby faces off with his father.\u00a0 He gives him a big piece of his mind.\u00a0 He lets him know all about himself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby tells his father that even after he died he never had kids of his own because of fear he would be just like him.\u00a0 His father says again, \u201cGood, you break everything you touch!\u201d\u00a0 Bobby says that he adopted two boys that turned out great and they are heroes!!!\u00a0 He tells Daddy that he can go to hell!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

In the real world, Bobby is showing signs of responsiveness.\u00a0 They are getting him ready to go to surgery.\u00a0 Sam and Dean are told to see him quickly.\u00a0 The boys run in.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Back in Hell\u2019s Kitchen, <\/em>Bobby\u2019s mother is clearly frightened about what may happen.\u00a0 It looks like things will get worse when young Bobby walks in with a rifle in hand.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Daddy Singer laughs at young Bobby.\u00a0 He grabs Mommy by the hair.\u00a0 She tells young Bobby to go.\u00a0 Young Bobby says, \u201cNo, leave her alone!\u201d and points the rifle at his father and shoots him right in the head.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

I do not know if anyone else picked up on it, but it looked to me like he shot his father in the exact same spot in the head as where our real-world adult Bobby is shot.\u00a0 I think this may come into play in the future.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bobby\u2019s mother is shocked.\u00a0 She looks at young Bobby and says, \u201cBobby, what did you do? God is gonna punish you.\u201d\u00a0 Adult bobby tells young Bobby that he did what he had to do.\u00a0 He says, \u201cThis is where you learn that they pretty much never say thanks when you save \u2018em.\u201d\u00a0 He tells him to get a shovel and bury his father behind the woodshed.\u00a0 (This is the same house Bobby lived in all those years, which means Daddy was probably still buried back there.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Reaper shows up.\u00a0 Bobby is afraid and sees bright light outside.\u00a0 He runs to the door and opens it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The doctors need to take Bobby to surgery so Sam grabs his hand and thanks him for everything.\u00a0 Dean looks horrified.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Bobby wakes up and grabs Sam\u2019s hand.\u00a0 He cannot really speak, but you can see he has something to say.\u00a0 Dean hands him a pen.\u00a0 He writes the mystery numbers on Sam\u2019s hand.\u00a0 Then he says the most epic thing.\u00a0 You guessed it\u2026\u201dIdjits\u201d and they all smile at each other.\u00a0 That was a big, I love you and we all know it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Then FLATLINE<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Doctors and nurses are working on Bobby while Dean and Sam stand back absolutely helpless and sickened.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

In Bobby\u2019s head he is back with the boys at his house when the Reaper shows back up.\u00a0 He tells Bobby everything else is gone and this house is all that is left.\u00a0 He says it is his last chance to move on.\u00a0 Bobby is glad he saved the best memory for last.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sadly, the boys begin to fade away.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

The Reaper asks, while he is holding a loudly ticking pocket watch, \u201cWell Bobby, stay or go?\u00a0 What\u2019s it gonna be?\u201d\u00a0 FADE TO BLACK!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Supernatural<\/a><\/p>\n

Talk about a cliffhanger!\u00a0 I am sure there are tons of theories out there.\u00a0 My theory is, no way Bobby stays dead.\u00a0 Too much has happened and something will give.\u00a0 I say bobby dies of natural causes when he is and old man and not like this.\u00a0 I am with Dean on this one and I do not accept Bobby dying right now.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I cannot believe we will be on \u201cHellatus<\/em>\u201d until January 6, 2012.\u00a0 I will suffer my SPN addiction withdrawals!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
