That is what makes this show so much fun to watch. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">When lava creates a hole inside a prison yard, that is most definitely something you do not see every day. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">So, who created the invisible volcano that spewed the lava, we ask? Is it time to mix up the teams or is this because Artie (<a title=\"Visit and follow Saul Rubinek on Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/saulrubinek\">Saul Rubinek<\/a>) is planning Claudia\u2019s (<a title=\"Visit and follow Allison Scagliotti on Twitter\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/allisonscag\">Allison Scagliotti<\/a>) 21st birthday party and it might look odd discussing the plans with Myka if Claudia is hanging around. That is my theory, anyway.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Speaking of Claudia\u2019s party, Artie has a black light in mind for some cool wall art he wants to use to add to the atmosphere, but, as is usual at <a title=\"Click to visit and learn more about Warehouse 13 at the official Syfy web site!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.syfy.com\/warehouse13\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Warehouse 13<\/a>, something goes wrong and Artie gets beaned multiple times by a blue ball. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">We know this will not end well. Speaking of ending well, would it not make sense that any time something unusual happens at the Warehouse and an agent like Artie makes contact with an artifact, that the first order of business would be for an evaluation of the agent to ensure that no harm has been done? There is some back and forth for a bit then Artie tells Claudia, that he would like her to turn off the music. \u201cWhat music,\u201d asks Claudia. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Artie takes a moment to realize that Beethoven\u2019s clock <span>\u00a0<\/span>is responsible. Now, see, Artie, if you would listen to me and get things checked out as soon as you have an encounter with an artifact&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Yes, two prisoners are missing from another part of the prison, and there is a second hole made by lava. \u201cIt looks as if Barton (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><a title=\"Learn more about this actor on his IMDB page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0190938\/\"><span class=\"itemprop\">Vladimir Jon Cubrt<\/span><\/a>) and Davis(Ronnie Rowe) have someone on the outside\u201d, Pete says, \u201csomeone with an artifact\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\"><a title=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Artifact\" href=\"http:\/\/www.syfy.com\/warehouse13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-30324\" src=\"http:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Artifact-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Artifact\" width=\"399\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Artifact-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Artifact-256x144.jpg 256w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Artifact-320x180.jpg 320w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Artifact.jpg 945w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a>A woman stops her truck on the side of the road and two prisoners jump into the truck. We also get a look at the artifact, which appears to be a metal pitcher of some kind, with a lid.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Pete, Myka and Jinx discuss the escaped convicts with the Marshall. He steps away for a few minutes. As he does, Pete suggests that one of them should keep an eye on him. Jinx quickly volunteers Pete, which leads to questions. Myka gets the reason right away; he is Jinx\u2019s Ex. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">He also dumped Jinx, making things even more uncomfortable for Pete and Myka\u2019s friend. Once everything is cleared up, Myka offers to keep an eye on the old boyfriend.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Jinx as dumpee\" href=\"http:\/\/www.syfy.com\/warehouse13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30326\" src=\"http:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-as-dumpee.jpg\" alt=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Jinx as dumpee\" width=\"640\" height=\"356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-as-dumpee.jpg 640w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-as-dumpee-256x142.jpg 256w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-as-dumpee-320x178.jpg 320w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-as-dumpee-400x222.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Myka and Napier interview the bad guy who obviously was not invited to the escape party. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Very cleverly, they manipulate him to get information they want about where the escaped convicts are going. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">It is interesting, at this point, and a little easy to forget, while Myka is involved in using police procedural 101, that the reason behind all this is to get the artifact. Sometimes you have to take a winding path to reach your destination. This is definitely the winding path.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Myka and marshal interview Griff\" href=\"http:\/\/www.syfy.com\/warehouse13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30327\" src=\"http:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Myka-and-marshal-interview-Griff.jpg\" alt=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Myka and marshal interview Griff\" width=\"640\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Myka-and-marshal-interview-Griff.jpg 640w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Myka-and-marshal-interview-Griff-256x144.jpg 256w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Myka-and-marshal-interview-Griff-320x181.jpg 320w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Myka-and-marshal-interview-Griff-400x226.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Pete and Jinx have a man to man chat in the oddest of places; a cell block. This has got to be the last place where anyone would talk about touchy\/feely stuff like relationships. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Poor Jinx is along for the ride as Pete continues to discuss his failed relationships. Napier concludes that whatever is now being used by Barton is not an incendiary device. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Will Napier be another in a growing line of people who know about the Warehouse? The agents are going to need a forgetting artifact soon.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Once brought back to the prison, Davis\u2019s girlfriend provides information about what happened. There was a fight between Barton and Davis. Barton got the artifact and used it on Davis. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">She also explains that the artifact belonged to her grandmother in Italy and that she got all of her grandmother\u2019s belongings when her grandmother died. <span>\u00a0<\/span>Barton also took the girlfriend\u2019s cell phone. Our hunky marshal does not agree. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">As Myka and Pete come outside, Napier receives a call. He has an address for Barton and he is headed out to get the bad guy. Although Jinx does not want to tag along with Napier, Pete and Myka convince him that he has to so he can retrieve the artifact safely. What is more, she has a name and address. That would slow down the story, so, perhaps we should let that go for now. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">What the two find with their snooping is a pick-up schedule for an armored car company. However, Barton is not there to harm the boy, but to try to save him since he is the father.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Artie has discovered a \u2018crap collector\u2019, a crazy aunt who collects junk. Hey, at least it is not cats. The nephew is helping Artie and Claudia go through boxes and boxes of stuff at the music academy. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Naturally, this will not be cut and dried. The nephew wonders if the artifact has any value. Claudia assures him it does not, but he does not believe her. He runs off with it. Barton shows up to put a stop to the initiation. Things do not go so well and the top bad guy aims his weapon at the teen. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">This is when Jinx and Napier step in. A gunfight ensues. Barton gets shot instead. Since he has the artifact, he uses it, but then he drops it and lava spews forth. Artie has arrived on the scene. With one good solid punch, he sends the bad guy over the railing. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Claudia zaps him for good measure and because she hurt her ankle taking him out. Pete and Myka arrive, quickly assess the scene and realize that they have to re-cork the bottle, so to speak. Jinx has other plans. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">He uses the Toyota Prius he has been driving, to drive next to the truck where Napier is stranded so he can be near the person he loves. This gives the writers an opportunity to sell the Prius as a real bad boy car! It can even handle CGI lava.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Jinx comes to save friend\" href=\"http:\/\/www.syfy.com\/warehouse13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30348\" src=\"http:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-comes-to-save-friend.jpg\" alt=\"Warehouse13 S4X16 Jinx comes to save friend\" width=\"640\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-comes-to-save-friend.jpg 640w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-comes-to-save-friend-256x141.jpg 256w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-comes-to-save-friend-320x177.jpg 320w, https:\/\/wormholeriders.net\/warehouse13\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Warehouse13-S4X16-Jinx-comes-to-save-friend-400x221.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Personally, I think it would have been smarter for Jinx to drive up next to the spewing bottle and grab it so he could cork it, but I suspect that is the hero of the show\u2019s job. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Fortunately, cars seem to float around in lava, so Myka and Pete climb on to the nearest car and let it take them over to some other cars, where they can jump from rooftop to rooftop until they reach the right car. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Then, working together, they shut off the lava and bag the device. This, of course, causes the lava to stop being molten. It quickly becomes <span>\u00a0<\/span>slightly warm rock. Mom tries to convince him. He does not seem too eager. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Pete arrives to explain things, \u201che did take a bullet for you,\u201d and, \u201che risked everything to put you on the right path\u201d. He also agrees that Jinx ability to know when people are lying is a good thing, since Napier knew he was not going to make it out of the lava. It all worked out in the end.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Jinx arrives in a brand new Prius to Claudia\u2019s birthday party, giving the producers a chance to show off the new car as Jinx admires it. Inside the bar \u2013 looks like Artie did some compromising \u2013 Claudia wants to know all about Jinx\u2019s relationship with the ex boyfriend. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri';\">Jinx admits that the goodbye between the two of them was a really great goodbye. In other words, they slept together.
