The Vampire Diaries: Show Me What You’ve Got and “Bring It On” B!tches!

Hi there The Vampire Diaries fans!

Long hiatus, huh? Again! Well, we are back with new episodes and an emotion free Vampire for our delight! Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) has turned off her humanity that gave us some awesome good times in the past.

If it was not for the absence of Jeremy (Steven McQueen) , recently killed by his great grandmother, Katherine Pierce? And what about Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) getting it on to the sounds of Garbage “Control”? OMG!

Given her showing up, I cannot wait for her next appearance. One thing that I was very curious about was Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham) not showing up during this episode either. I wondered if she might be busy with something else somewhere else.

Before continuing we include cool clips of what is coming in The Vampire Diaries as Elena heads to the “Big Apple” (New York) and a fun party scene courtesy of the CW Network!

Bring It On:

As Elena turned her humanity off, we kinda hoped to see her Katherine way of being? Not really. Nina Dobrev is so good, there is no need for her to prove anything to anyone! But there she was, doing her job with perfection even if the whole scene was a huge cliche.

Elena without Emotions is nothing like Katherine. There is one scene when she tells Damon she thought it was supposed to be fun and let’s go of her victim. Kath would never do that.

Katherine is a cruel, cold-heart turned to stone bitch who hurt Sheriff Liz Forbes (Marguerite McIntyre) right in front of her best friends, the Sheriff’s daughter, Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) herself who was almost staked in the heart by ELENA? Yes, Elena almost killed Caroline in this episode; still a very different kind of bitch.

I cannot imagine what it is like to lose both her parents, her aunt and uncle and now her brother, Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen). Elena has no one, not even her feelings.

Her acting skills are so amazing that I could actually feel the numbness she portrayed from not feeling anything at all. The first scene of the episode, Elena was walking through the road at night and there was nothing on her face.

If you think a little harder about those two seconds when her body was nothing but a silhouette,  you would probably come to the conclusion of the color itself.

Black is the absence of all colors or light. I know a vampire is dark by nature, but they do have some light and some of them are even lovely.

Caroline is a good example. Remember when Sam Winchester had no soul back at the 6th season of Supernatural?

Nina Dobrev as Elena is just like that, but greater because she is a vampire and obviously had no consciousness of what was either right and wrong. She just did what felt good with no regrets purpose at all.

When Elena laid down on the road, I saw everything. It was such an immense cliché,  I had to laugh, I had no doubt what was in her head when the car stopped before her “dead” body. She was the bait!

Elena saying “I don’t feel anything” was so funny, the poor woman fell into her trap like a defenseless rabbit.

These first moments worked out perfectly to show how awful she is right now. Who would say that Elena would do something like that to feed?

At the same time, the Salvatore brothers talked about what each of them thought to be the best for her. Stefan (Paul Wesley) defended that she needed to turn her humanity on mostly because it was too dangerous and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) stating that it was fun, reason good enough for him. XD

Guess who is back in this episode of The Vampire Diaries? Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin), the turn coat werewolf girl who was being hunted by a vampire at the orders of Katherine. See how things are?

Hayley turned her back to Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) causing the death of his whole pack and then she also turned her back on Atticus Shane (David Alpay) all for Katherine who happened to have turned her back on Hayley.

Karma is the real bitch here, is it not? She then reached for Klaus (Joseph Morgan) offering her help locating Katherine and the cure in exchange for his protection!

Back the the Salvatore’ s house, whose shower is the only ones free of the vervein contaminated water in the whole city.

I have to point it out here that it must be funny seeing a vampire taking an accidental vervein shower. I was totally LOL!

The best was yet to happen, as they talked about what to do to keep crazy head Elena busy, she walked out of her shower to the living room naked. Yes, naked!

I must say that the scene was a bit like Katherine! Especially when Elena said it was nothing that either one of the two brothers had not seen before!

Damon ended the conversation expressing his will to her that she did not have permission to feast on anyone expecting the sire bond he had over Elena would work out.

So the plan was to go to school, get involved in some activities and not eat anyone. Well, she did get involved with the cheer leaders squad while Caroline was on the phone leaving Tyler another voice mail telling updating him with what is hot in Mystic Falls.

Elena is back to the cheerios with the intention of tossing people in the air and have some fun. The scene quickly cut back to Klaus house when Damon paid him a visit to basically tell him that he sucks.

It was funny how Klaus reminded Damon about his brother’s death forgetting he had a bigger problem, for Damon’s sake.

The search for the vanished blood supplies continue with Stefan and Sheriff Liz and they have no clue, no evidence of any sort. The risk is big, they could all be exposed if there was no blood anywhere anymore.

How would they feed? Stefan even asked Elena if she knew anything while she used his body to stretch her own in a very sexy hot way. She prefers something warmer than those blood bags. XD Meanwhile at school, Elena looked fantastic in her cheerios uniforms.

I do not really think that the fun Caroline was talking about matched what Elena was thinking about. You know that child who knows something is bad and after his parents told him not to do it, that is when they do it gladly?

This is how Elena was acting. Human emotions free Elena is reckless and irresponsible. She does just whatever she wants, even eating in public. At least there is no sire bond and Delena. You cannot have everything, can you?

Back to Hayley and her stories of turning her back at everyone for a promise of information regarding her family. Firstly from Shane and secondly from Kathbitch. Now, it is Klaus turn to promise something to her.

Let me just tell you something obvious, it was nothing but sexy. It was interesting to see their convo about Tyler when Klaus said he wanted to torture him psychologically thinking Klaus could find him at any moment living afraid of his own shadow. What I really think is that Klaus feels like a father to Tyler since he was Klaus’ s first hybrid, if I am not mistaken.

I am not saying he loves Tyler as a son, no. I believe there is something there that is close to that. He would not kill him at all. Ok, Caroline would hate him forever like Hayley pointed out.

Well, both options are at play; IMO. I have got to point out here what a marvelous talented actress Phoebe is, specially during the talk about how she could see how twisted his painting was. Brilliant and well, sexy provoking awesome.

It all ended up in sex, of course. One of the hottest scenes, hotter than Damon and Rebekah or Stefan and Rebekah or anyone else for that matter! A very well done scene of hotness like being in Mexico!

I must admit it to everyone, Elena’s character is so well developed, we can surely see Katherine in her at times. There are some nuances though. They are both cruel and cold-hearted.

The difference, after thinking for hours, would be that Elena has no feelings at all while Katherine is driven by hate, vengeance, she is selfish and arrogant when Elena just does not care about anything.

It was great to see Stefan surprising her with a syringe of vervein in orther to stop her madness, she did not see it coming when he threw his motorcycle’s helmet at her trying to convince her he wanted to show her how to have real fun.

Stefan grabbed her and let her in his bed? Wise move would be to put her in the basement room, locked up.

When Elena said that the sex was good and despite that, she was over him was too hilarious. His face, almost hurt was priceless. We finally found out why she was texting so often. She had been inviting half Mystic Falls to the house for a party. The perfect distraction.

How not to love her party face like if as saying let’s all get naked? Too awesome! Oh, just a thought, being a vampire means you can drink all you want and never get drunk, is that still correct? Hmmmm… okay. Cool!

In the meantime, Damon and Rebekah (Claire Holt) have been around the whole town looking for a way to locate Katherine without luck. Well, until Damon found his buddy Will (Aaron Jay Rome) who had been attacked by Klaus earlier when he tried to grab Hayley under Katherine orders.

Will was in really bad shape from Klaus’ bite and about to pass out when Damon found him. Damon ripped his heart out saying he was far gone beyond help what I believe to have been a lie.

Well, here is the worst moment of crazy emotionless Elena when she hurt Liz Forbes. The episodes recently, have been so good. Elena is kicking everyone’s butts and does not give a flying coitus about it.

I thought this one had been the worst, but almost killing Caroline in the woods was far too much for me. She has gone too far.

When Caroline said she was going to snap Elena’s skinny neck, I burst out laughing. Things got serious as Elena attacked Caroline in the woods showing off her fighting abilities as she was trained by Alaric Saltzman (Matt Davis) who I really miss here.

Elena mention Caroline’s whining over Tyler’s departure and also offended her by speaking of her hidden desires for Klaus naked body.

When Damon arrived to save my precious Caroline from the new bitch in town saying that it would be a major turn on if the circumstances were different, I could not have agreed more. Then call Rebekah and make my dreams come true. Thanks.

How do we get Elena back? Good question. Does it not work as a way to delay the

suffering and grieving we saw when she realized her brother was dead? Would it not all come back in full force?

I think it works as a suspension of her true feelings, do you not agree?

Well, in my opinion, the real Elena is still in there withholding everything and I am curious to know what will it feel like when she turns her humanity back on.

They just cannot give up as Stefan pointed out that she did not gave up either. Well, why could he not stay with Rebekah for move on? I am so divided here. I do want Stelena to find their way back together which seems more and more distant right now.

It was nice to see Elena reminding that she wanted to be with him but he was too awful for her and now, she just does not care. She does not want to go back to being a scared little girl and he should not either.

Cutting back to Ty’s house where Matt Donovan (Zach Roerig) wanted to meet Caroline up. It was Ty’s house she it was weird that she could not get in. Weird. He had a letter to from Ty to Caroline.

Man, why cannot she have her boyfriend? Why do I have to see Caroline cry so freaking often like that??? Damn it.

One of the good things of being as old as Klaus, is that you become a walking library full of knowledge. As she stood up from bed, he could see a mark in Hayley’s back that she believe to mean nothing.

Well, it just so happens that she is more important than I imagined. It is not just a birth mark. It is clearly the lead we have on the spin off, I believe.

So the story behind her birth mark is not gonna be solved anytime soon, but it made me think of Lost Girl, where a fae girl was left by her parents to protect her, or even like Emma from Once Upon A Time.

In the closing scene, we learned that not only the blood bank from Mystic Falls had been harvested but six other hospitals’ within a 36 miles around the city. Someone is really hungry in town, really hungry and it sounds like Silas is behind it.

Maybe Bonnie is involved since the last time we saw her, she had full intentions in working under Silas’ guidance to bring down the other side?

In the face of Silas regaining his strength,  Damon was going to New York with Elena to have fun. Sounds like a plan to me. It was really hard to differentiate Elena from Katherine in this episode.

Can we all agree that when it is about human cruelty, both are really one in the same? The only major difference might be that Katherine has emotions while Elena does not have any at the present time.
